Perspective Sketch

The Zheng Residence is a 2,260 square foot residence built on an existing 7,650 square foot site. San Mateo planning requirements called for a Spanish Colonial style house to match the existing house on the site, and the city zoning requirements. Design, permitting, and construction took over two years due to California permit requirements.
